St. Charles Museum Seeks Community Input for Strategic Planning Process

The St. Charles History Museum is asking the public for feedback regarding their mission with the intention of creating a new strategic plan to guide their goals for the next several years. 

The first task is to gather input from St. Charles residents regarding how the Museum currently serves their needs and to gather ideas about the future. St. Charles residents and community stakeholders can find the survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/stcharleshistory.

The Museum’s strategic planning process is being facilitated by Dr. Alicia Schatteman, Professor of Public Administration at Northern Illinois University. She has assisted dozens of nonprofit and public organizations with strategic planning.

The Museum will keep residents up to date via the website, newsletters and social media about the strategic planning process.
