Adopt an Artifact! is a unique program offered by the St. Charles History Museum that allows people to “adopt” various artifacts from the Museum’s Collection. Artifacts may be adopted for up to a year and can be renewed.
Due to recent concerns regarding travel safety and ongoing travel cancellations in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, the grand prize winner of our East vs. West Community Fundraiser will have the option to select the week-long trip OR the cash value equivalent of $2,000.
The St. Charles History Museum announced a new slate of officers and leadership changes at its Annual Membership Meeting at the St. Charles Police Department on Wednesday, January 15. During the meeting, Executive Director Alison Costanzo announced her resignation effective March 27, while Mike Corbett was named the new Board President of the History Museum.
At the St. Charles History Museum, we are the keepers and stewards of our community’s rich history. Our archive contains artifacts and photos that document the dreams, the decisions, and the accomplishments of everyone who has come before us. By collecting and presenting these artifacts, we aim to preserve the story of St. Charles for generations to come.
