The Heritage Center has the largest amount of records on St. Charles history anywhere, including birth, death, marriage, probate, newspapers, photographs, maps, letters and more. The archives are available for self-research by appointment only, which enables the staff to collect the specific information needed ahead of time to facilitate your search. Please note that due to the number of research requests, research time may take 3 - 4 weeks for a response.
